    The WYT is a horizontal centrifugal pump with core components including precision cast bronze impellers, high strength alloy steel shafts, heavy duty mechanical seals and long lasting bearing systems. As an end suction fire pump, its unique intake design guarantees excellent negative suction. All components are rigorously tested to ensure reliable operation in fire emergencies. The modular design of the pump body allows for quick maintenance and replacement.

     Pump main structure includes pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, shaft sleeve and suspension bearing components. Its core feature is the back-opening structure (the pump body and pump cover are separated from the back of the impeller), which significantly simplifies the maintenance process, without disassembling the pipeline or motor, and only need to disconnect the coupling to remove the rotor parts for maintenance.
     The pump casing constitutes the working chamber and the rotor consists of the impeller, shaft and rolling bearings, with the suspension bearings carrying the radial and axial loads. The axial force balance is realized by the sealing rings before and after the impeller and the balance hole in the rear cover plate, and the rear sealing ring is omitted in some low axial force models. The shaft sealing system uses a combination of packing gland, packing ring and packing to prevent leakage; if the impeller is equipped with balancing holes (back pressure is higher than atmospheric pressure), no packing ring is required. The shaft sleeve and O-ring protect the shaft body and seal it.
     The pump is directly connected to the motor through a flexible coupling and defaults to clockwise rotation (drive end view). The design combines high efficiency, ease of maintenance and stability, making it suitable for industrial applications where frequent maintenance is required or space is limited.
