Structural Features
- Vertical multi-stage segmented design
Adopting vertical coaxial structure, the impeller and guide vane are assembled in series in segments, realizing high-pressure water flow graded pressurization, compact structure and saving floor space.
- Pipeline integrated installation
The inlet and outlet are located in the same straight line, which can be directly embedded in the pipeline system without additional adjustment of pipeline direction, reducing elbows and sealing points.
Mechanical sealing system
Standard wear-resistant mechanical seal adapts to high temperature and high pressure working conditions, effectively preventing media leakage.
Vortex/Cutter Impeller Options
The overflow parts (impeller, pump body) are made of 304/316L stainless steel casting, which is suitable for clear water, mildly corrosive liquids and clean chemical media.
