Unlike traditional automotive or AC vacuum pumps optimized for light-duty or oil-based systems, this vacuum pump leverages water as its working fluid to create a dynamic sealing ring, enabling isothermal compression of gases while withstanding corrosive media.
 

Functional Positioning


  • Stainless steel water ring vacuum pump is a volumetric vacuum pump that uses water or other liquids as the working medium. By eccentric rotation of the impeller, a dynamic water ring is formed inside the pump body to achieve gas suction, compression, and discharge.

  • Suitable for industrial scenarios that require high vacuum and corrosive or clean media, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, etc.

 

Structural Composition


  • The main components include the pump body (made of stainless steel), impeller, distribution plate, shaft seal, bearings, and drive motor.
     
  • The working fluid (usually water) is circulated in the pump body, and gas compression is achieved through the relative motion between the water ring and the impeller.

  • The key components such as the pump body and impeller are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosive media such as acid, alkali, and salt, extending equipment life and reducing maintenance costs.
