TD Type Vertical High-flow Circulating Pump of WTY

TD Type vertical high‑flow circulating pump is inline centrifugal equipment for closed‑loop circulation, widely applied for furnaces and HVAC systems.

The vertical inline design fits directly into pipelines, saving installation space and simplifying maintenance. Fitted with high‑efficiency impeller and low‑noise motor, it runs continuously stably, with medium temperature up to 120℃.

Optional seals and material combinations are available to satisfy different on‑site circulating working requirements.

To ensure the best performance and long-term stable operation of the high flow hydraulic pump, please strictly follow the following installation steps and precautions for operation.

Installation Requirements:

The products have specific installation requirements, as detailed below:

1. The system piping must be capable of supporting the pump; for pumps driven by motors with a rated power ≤ 2.2 kW, the pump may be suspended directly within the piping;

2. For pumps driven by motors with a rated power ≤ 2.2 kW, the pump may be installed horizontally or vertically within the operating piping; for pumps driven by motors with a rated power> 2.2 kW, the pump must be installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane within the operating piping. (Fig. 2-A)

3. During pump installation, it must be ensured that the tension in the system piping during operation does not transmit to the pump housing.

4. To ensure the proper operation of the motor, the pump shall be installed in an environment providing adequate cooling, and the temperature of the cooling air shall not exceed 40 °C.

5. If the pump is installed outdoors, an appropriate enclosure must be provided to prevent water ingress or condensation into electrical components.

6. To facilitate inspection and maintenance of the pump, sufficient clearance space shall be provided above and below the pump. The minimum clearance shall be 300 mm for pumps driven by motors with a rated power <5.5 kW, and 1,000 mm for pumps driven by motors with a rated power ≥ 5.5 kW. (Fig. 2-B)

7. To minimize noise and vibration and achieve optimal operating performance, a vibration isolation base shall be used during installation. A concrete base is typically employed, and the weight of the base shall be ≥ 1.5 × the weight of the pump. (Fig. 2-C)

8. To meet diverse customer requirements, the TD32–TD150 product range is available in two configurations: with a base plate and without a base plate. (Refer to the Appendix – Base Plate for dimensions.)
