Structural Features
- Vertical structure
CDLF pump adopts vertical structure, the center of gravity of the pump body and the center of the pump foot precisely coincide, running smoothly and with little vibration, and at the same time covers an area of 40% less than the traditional pump type, which is easy to be installed in the space-restricted machine room or equipment room.
- Mechanical seal
The shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal, realizing zero-leakage operation—a critical feature in centrifugal pumps where sealing directly impacts performance. As illustrated in a standard centrifugal pump diagram, this component protects the centrifugal pump impeller from leakage-related wear. The abrasion resistance of the mechanical seal is 3 times higher than the traditional design, which significantly reduces mechanical loss and improves the operational reliability of the pump.
