  WYT's Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump, a type of diaphragm water pump (though not limited to water, as it handles a variety of liquids and slurries), is a positive displacement pump driven by compressed air. This pump ensures leak-free transportation of fluids or viscous mixtures through the rhythmic reciprocating action of its diaphragm—a principle clearly illustrated in a typical diaphragm pump diagram, where each stroke delivers consistent flow. Working Principle


The pneumatic diaphragm pump uses compressed air as the power source. It drives the alternating reciprocating deformation of the double diaphragms through the conversion of pneumatic and mechanical energy, achieving leak-free fluid transportation—with precisely controlled diaphragm pumps stroke for consistent performance.
Compressed air periodically switches the direction of the air path through the distribution valve, pushing one side of the diaphragm to compress (discharge the fluid) while the other side of the diaphragm expands (draw in the fluid).
The medium flows in one direction through a one-way ball valve or plate valve, forming a continuous liquid suction and discharge cycle
