     WYT's Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump is a positive displacement diaphragm pump driven by compressed air. Operating as an efficient air operated double diaphragm pump, it uses rhythmic diaphragm action to ensure leak-free transfer of fluids and viscous slurries. Working Principle


  • Leak-free conveying

The pneumatic diaphragm pump uses compressed air as the power source. It drives the alternating reciprocating deformation of the double diaphragms through the conversion of pneumatic and mechanical energy, achieving leak-free fluid transportation.

  • Diaphragm linkage

Compressed air periodically switches the direction of the air path through the distribution valve, pushing one side of the diaphragm to compress (discharge the fluid) while the other side of the diaphragm expands (draw in the fluid).

  • One-way valve control

The medium flows in one direction through a one-way ball valve or plate valve, forming a continuous liquid suction and discharge cycle.
