Working Principle
- Drive Mechanism
The motor drives the crankshaft to rotate through the reduction gearbox. The circular motion at the end of the crankshaft is converted into the axial movement of the sliding rod through the reversing mechanism, driving the diaphragm to reciprocate in the pump chamber.
- Diaphragm Movement
The diaphragm movement changes the volume of the pump chamber, forcing the four check ball valves to open and close alternately, thereby achieving the suction and discharge of the liquid.
