Working Principle
- Magnetic coupling principle
CQB magnetic pump usually consists of electric motor, magnetic coupler and corrosion resistant centrifugal pump.
Its main feature is the use of magnetic coupler to transmit power, completely non-leakage, when the motor drives the magnetic coupler of the outer magnet rotates, the magnetic line of force through the gap and the isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnet, so that the pump rotor and the motor rotate synchronously, no mechanical contact to transmit torque.
- Zero leakage of static seals
At the power input end of the pump shaft, as the liquid is enclosed in the static isolation sleeve—a key feature of close-coupled pumps with magnetic coupling—there is no dynamic sealing and thus no leakage at all, ensuring reliable containment.
