Structural Features


  • Type and structure

The drive end (bearing box, coupling end) is designed as an integrally removable back cover plate, so that when overhauling the internal parts of the pump (e.g., impeller, mechanical seal/packing), there is no need to disassemble the inlet/outlet piping and the pump body, which is greatly convenient for maintenance.

  • Material and process of over-flow parts

The core over-flow parts such as pump cover, impeller, shaft sleeve, etc. are made of fluoroplastic coated with metal inserts, which are molded in one go by sintering process—a manufacturing technique that ensures durability in a chemical centrifugal pump, a compact 12 volt chemical pump, or specialized chemical feed pumps.
