       WYT's IMC fluorine-lined magnetic drive pump, which can also be categorized under magnetic water pump systems (and shares characteristics with magnetic drive centrifugal pumps in its operation), employs a full magnetic coupling drive mechanism combined with a fluorine plastic lining structure. As a versatile magnetic pump, this advanced design enables the equipment to efficiently handle highly corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and strong alkalis, as well as flammable and explosive liquids. It represents a significant upgrade over traditional pumps, effectively addressing issues related to leakage, corrosion, and high energy consumption, thereby offering a reliable and efficient solution for critical fluid transfer needs.
 

Structural Features


  • Magnetic drive design

Adopting the combination structure of outer magnet (motor drive), inner magnet (connecting impeller) and isolation sleeve, the torque is realized to be transferred without contact through magnetic field coupling—a defining feature of a magnetic drive pump. This design, characteristic of a reliable magnetic pump and essential to any high-performance magnetic drive centrifugal pump, completely eliminates the risk of leakage of traditional shaft seal.

  • Fully enclosed pump chamber

The driving magnet coupling is directly mounted on the motor shaft, and the pump chamber is completely isolated from the outside world, forming a leakage-free transportation system, suitable for flammable and explosive or high-purity media scenarios.
