     The QY series oil-filled submersible sewage pump comprises three main components: the pump, the sealing system, and the motor. Positioned at the upper section, the pump utilizes either a centrifugal or axial flow structure to handle sewage efficiently. Located below it is a oil-filled three-phase asynchronous motor. A reliable dual mechanical seal isolates the pump from the motor, with all stationary sealing points employing"O"-rings made of oil-resistant rubber for leak-free performance.

Structural Features


  • Oil-filled Cooling System

The submersible sewage pump features a fully enclosed, oil-immersed cooling structure within the motor cavity. This design enhances heat dissipation and effectively prevents sewage infiltration, significantly extending the motor's service life.

  • Double Mechanical Seals

To enhance durability in challenging environments, our submersible sewage pumps are equipped with a silicon carbide/ceramic double mechanical seal. This robust configuration, combined with an auxiliary oil chamber buffer design, significantly improves sealing reliability and extends the service life of the sewage submersible pumps.

  • High-chrome Cast Iron Construction

The overflow parts (impeller, pump casing) are made of high chrome cast iron, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and is suitable for sewage environments containing solid particles.
