Structural Features
- Full Fluorine Plastic Lining Design
All wetted components — including the pump casing, impeller, and cover — are lined with a one‑piece molded fluoroplastic lining (e.g., FEP/F46), which provides complete corrosion protection across the entire flow path and eliminates any possibility of metal exposure. This robust lining technology is equally applicable to self‑priming pumps and, in particular, to any self‑priming centrifugal pump that demands reliable resistance to aggressive media.
- External Mixing Self-priming Structure
Adopts gas-liquid external mixing self-priming principle, equipped with high-efficiency gas-liquid separation chamber to realize rapid self-priming (no need to fill the pump after the first priming), and the self-priming height can reach 4-5 meters.
Rear-opening maintenance design
The pump body and motor adopt direct connection structure, and the impeller can be disassembled directly through the rear cover plate, so that the core components can be maintained without disassembling the pipeline.

It can safely transport any concentration of strong acid (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid), strong alkali, organic solvents and other media, and withstand a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 100 ℃ (depending on the medium).
High-efficiency self-priming and anti-clogging
These self‑priming pumps, including our self‑priming centrifugal pump models, achieve full prime within 5 minutes at 5 m suction height. Their open/semi‑open impellers allow passage of particles ≤ 3 mm, making them ideal for fluids with minor suspended solids.
Zero Leakage & Long Life Seal
Standardly equipped with external bellows mechanical seal, support customized assembled double face seal or power seal, to ensure no leakage of high-risk media.
