     This LQRY thermal oil pump adopts a self-heating cooling system, which does not need water to cool the pump body, resulting in a smaller structure, lower running costs, and reliable performance. Therefore, it is widely used as an efficient oil transfer pump in various occasions for conveying high-temperature liquid. Since thermal oil pumps are used to convey liquids with high temperature, the corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance of seals and bearings are required to be very high. Functioning reliably in conditions where an oil pump extractor operates, its mechanical seals and packing seals offer good thermal adaptability, with the mechanical seals made of hard alloy material.

Structural Features


  • Centrifugal Seal Structur

A cantilevered, rear-opening structure, where the impeller and pump cover are mounted independently of each other, allows maintenance of the seal assembly without the need to disassemble the piping.

  • High-Temperature Mechanical Seal

Standard bellows-type double-face cartridge type mechanical seals support long-term leakage-free operation for media up to 350°C, making them ideal for high-temperature applications such as an oil pump, oil transfer pump, or oil pump extractor.

  • Thermal Symmetry Design

The pump body adopts axisymmetric thermal compensation structure to avoid thermal stress deformation under high temperature working condition.
