Structural Features
- All stainless steel body structure
Pump body, impeller, shaft sleeve and other overflow parts are made of 304/316L stainless steel whole casting, no welding seams, to avoid the risk of intergranular corrosion—a critical feature for corrosive sludge pump applications requiring long-term durability.
- Double end face mechanical seal system
Standard assembled double end face mechanical seal, support external flushing liquid, effectively isolate corrosive medium leakage.
Closed impeller design
The overflow parts (impeller, pump casing) are made of high chrome cast iron, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and is suitable for sewage environments containing solid particles.
