Structural Features
- No shaft seal design
Adopting magnetic coupling drive or shielded motor technology, completely canceling the traditional mechanical seal or packing seal, realizing the complete static seal of power transmission process. This provides a reliable foundation for auxiliary control units such as the fuel pump control module, the control box for a well pump, and the fire pump controller, ensuring stable operation in hazardous or critical environments.
- Self-priming structure
Unique pump chamber and gas-liquid separation chamber design, together with high-efficiency reflux system, can quickly form a vacuum and complete the self-priming process during the initial startup or when there is gas in the inhalation pipeline.
Corrosion-resistant materials
The overflow parts (pump body, impeller, isolation sleeve, etc.) are made of high-quality stainless steel, fluoroplastic lining or special alloys, which are effective in resisting various types of chemical media erosion.
